When will I get my order?

Be sure to check the product listing for specific info regarding production times! Order processing varies strongly depending on order intake, and how soon you place your order after reopening/drops, but if you don't receive any sort of update after the projected timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out! Please allow 2-4 days for shipping via USPS Priority for US orders. Check your tracking info once shipped for international time frames.

Every item has a specific processing time in the item description. Below is the current standard production time if not explicitly stated on the product listing. This estimates don't typically start until after a drop ends. Preorder items always have a specific time frame on an item by item basis. We also update our 'Order Updates' highlight on Insta with detailed info!

All of our items are unisex and pre shrunk, so you won't have to worry about your items not fitting properly after washing! These sizing charts apply to all of our heavyweight and midweight tees, crews, hoodies, and shorts (unless otherwise noted)!

How do I care for my item?

Embroidery

Flip the item inside out, and wash on a cold delicate cycle. Hang to dry. If embroidery becomes folded or wrinkled, set your iron to the lowest steam setting and lightly press in 15 second intervals until flat. Try not to exceed 325F degrees while washing or ironing to avoid discoloring of the garment dye. Always clip any loose threading from the front to remove (after steaming); never pull on the individual threads. If you need additional assistance don't hesitate to reach out! Screenprinted Apparel

Our screenprints are durable, and free to be treated as any other tee shirt you own; the ink will wear with the shirt for a natural, organic look. But don’t worry, the ink will never dissipate in the wash and bleed onto other clothing. Just try not to exceed 325F degrees while washing or ironing to avoid discoloring of the garment dye. Wash cold to retain maximum design clarity, and tumble dry on any heat setting. Since our prints are waterbased, we recommend washing your tee as soon as you receive it to soften any overcured ink into the garment.  

 

How do I apply my stickers?

First, clean the surface with dish soap and water ONLY. Do not use anything stronger, as it may affect the adhesive and won't stick! Start by sticking an edge of the sticker to the surface, and wipe the rest down with a credit card or similar item as you peel away the backing. If any bubbles are formed, you can either swipe it with a credit card, or peel away and restick if the sticker was just applied.

 

Returns? Order changes? Exchanges?

If you need to make a change to your order (size/color/quantity/etc), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order! Typically one day after we close a drop/preorder, we place a large bulk order for blanks. After that point, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. We do not accept any form of return or exchange for any of our products under normal circumstances, nor are we responsible for damages caused by shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping (US only), try filing a claim with USPS here. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping (worldwide), contact us below for further assistance. If your item(s) arrive with any type of defect (loose embroidery, wrong color(s), etc.), please reach out to us via our chat for the quickest response time. Please do not contact us about placed orders on our socials, because we may miss it!
